We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, then your credit card will be refunded.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, unless the item is a customized item or a sale item.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS AND SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, then we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will need to send your returned item to the address listed on our contact page with attention to Returns Department. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, then the original cost of shipping, handling and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
You have 24 hours after the order is paid for to adjust or cancel the order. After 24 hours your order request will be reviewed. There will be additional costs if changes are made. We will retain up to 50% of the total cost if canceled after 24 hours.
There will be no refunds issued for cancelled orders after 15 calendar days.
